Jeff's Update from Chemo Treatment

Yesterday was Jeff's latest chemo appointment. He has four left. Jeff started to develop mouth sores that are not uncommon with patients. The Dr. added another prescription to help clear them up. He also has a mouth wash that he can use to help numb his mouth so it is easier for him to eat. The wounds are looking better, so the chemo treatment will not change. He is slightly enemic, but was not prescribed and red blood cell booster at this point. The Dr. estimates that Jeff will have another CT the end of February. His main oncologist was on vacation during this visit so we were seen by one of his colleagues.
